IATA, via its North Asia regional briefing, reported (26-Nov-2020) domestic passenger traffic in China declined by 2.8% year-on-year in Sep-2020, up 16ppts from contraction in Aug-2020.

IATA noted the pace of the recovery increased recently, with signs that consumer spending and the overall economy are almost back to normal.
