Renationalisation of Cabo Verde Airlines: the State and Loftleidir In July 2021, Loftleidir Cabo Verde - a 70/30 joint venture between the Loftleidir Icelandic group and other Icelandic investors - was ejected from the capital of Cabo Verde Airlines (CVA), even though it was the majority shareholder. The case was brought before the courts in France by the Icelandic side.
