Travelport has introduced New Distribution Capability (NDC)
Travelport, a leading technology company that facilitates travel bookings for numerous travel suppliers globally, and Emirates, one of the premier international airlines, have announced the integration of New Distribution Capability (NDC) content from Emirates into the Travelport+ platform. This integration also includes enhanced NDC servicing features.
With this update, Travelport’s agency clients can now easily access and compare a wider range of dynamic NDC offers and additional services from Emirates, creating a more tailored and efficient experience for travelers. The comprehensive NDC solution from Travelport allows agents to manage NDC bookings, including making changes and handling cancellations.
Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer at Emirates, highlighted that Travelport+ users will benefit from enriched content exclusive to the Emirates NDC channel. This system integration aims to broaden Emirates' reach within the global travel retail sector, offering travelers a greater selection of premium products and services.

Initially, Travelport’s NDC content and servicing solution for Emirates is available to agency customers in Australia, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. The rollout will extend to additional countries in the near future.
