Overland Airways expands route network with flights from Lagos to Abuja v.v.
Overland Airways is thrilled to announce the launch of direct flights between Lagos and Abuja, effective August 9, 2024.
The airline will operate daily direct flights between Nigeria’s economic hub and administrative capital, increasing capacity on the route with over 60 weekly frequencies. The airline in a statement says, the new service will feature Overland Airways’ brand-new Embraer E-175 jets, offering unparalleled convenience and comfort in a two-class configuration of Premium and Economy cabins.
Passengers can expect a seamless travel experience, with the option to upgrade to the Premium Cabin for added luxury.
According to Mrs. Aduke Atiba, Executive Director of Overland Airways, the introduction of this new route is a significant milestone in the airline’s journey to serve its valued customers better. “We’re committed to meeting the growing demand for convenient and comfortable air services between Lagos and Abuja, and relieving Nigerians of the difficulties they’re experiencing on the route,” she said.
Overland Airways has recently taken delivery of the second of six Embraer E-175 aircraft, with four more expected to join the fleet. The E175 is a modern, dual-class 88-seater jet aircraft with an outstanding performance record.
