Guinea: Resumption of Air travel
The President of Guinea Alpha Condé has announced that the country’s international airport will resume air travel since Friday, July 17, 2020.
President Condé in a national broadcast on July 15, said, the Gbessia International Airport in Conakry will start gradual resumption of air travels from tomorrow with strict adherence to the health and safety protocols at the airport. He added that the principle of reciprocity will be applied to countries that will open up to citizens of Guinea.
The Ministry of Transport in collaboration with the health department and other stakeholders are expected to announce the operational plan to effect the presidential directive.
