Cape Verde: TICV airline plans to restart domestic flights this month

TICV has been grounded since mid-May following the withdrawal of its majority shareholder, the Spanish Binter. Bought last month by Angolan interests, Cape Verde's main domestic airline is preparing its return to the air.
