Air Belgium launches new route from Brussels to Mauritius

Air Belgium h as commenced services between Brussels Airport and Mauritius. It was a festive occasion with a new airline and a new destination for Brussels. The Mauritius route will be operated twice-weekly. Air Belgium will also launch two-weekly BRU-Punta Cana-Curaçao-BRU from 15 December. More routes are expected to be announced in 2022.

Flights are operated with the brand-new 286-seat A330-900neo, with a second aircraft to be delivered to Air Belgium in November. The new aircraft was revealed in a special ceremony for press and guests at Brussels Airport on 12 October.

Configuration is 30 business, 21 premium economy and 235 economy. Air Belgium also operates two A340-300s and four A330Fs.
