Dana Air to connect Asaba and Lagos
Dana Air has introduced flight services from its base at the Murtala Muhammed Airport (MMA), Lagos to Asaba International Airport in Delta State. The airline said that the commencement of the route was part of its strategic route expansion drive, adding that the airline would also increase frequencies on other destinations soon.
A statement by Mr. Kingsley Ezenwa, the Spokesman of Dana Air, said that the airline would also connect Abuja from Asaba in its growth drive. Ezenwa also said that the airline was expecting an additional aircraft from maintenance abroad soon to further grow its fleet of aircraft.
He said: “We are expecting an aircraft fresh from maintenance abroad soon and with this increased capacity, we would introduce Asaba to Abuja flights and increase frequencies across our destinations.
“We have a gradual route expansion programme and we intend to follow it through. The introduction of Asaba flights is strategic and as always, we will be offering reliable options to our guests, providing them best and affordable fares while ensuring that they continue to fly as safe and as seamless as possible.”
