Oceania reveals 2024 South African grand voyage and World Cruise
Oceania Cruises has announced a 79-night grand voyage from Papeete, French Polynesia, to Cape Town, South Africa for 2024. The voyage aboard Nautica departs the French Polynesian capital on February 19th, 2024 and will visit 15 countries and include various exotic, rare and UNESCO attractions.
Highlights of the voyage will include the lagoons of Moorea, the landscapes of Rotorua, the Sydney Opera House, the UNESCO-protected Komodo National Park and the iconic game reserves of South Africa. The South African grand voyage aboard Nautica is among several grand voyages announced for 2024, along with the cruise line’s annual World Cruise.
The 2024 World Cruise aboard Insignia will span 180 days, visiting 96 destinations, staying overnight in port at 24 of them, with prices starting at $19,999 per person sharing.

Oceania’s 2024 World Cruise
Insignia will depart Los Angeles on January 14th and sail across the Pacific to the Hawaiian Islands, French Polynesia and the Samoan Islands, before calling in New Zealand and Australia.
The ship will then thread her way through Asia, visiting Bali, Tokyo, Kyoto and Yangon. The next stops are the exotic shores of India and the Arabian Peninsula, followed by destinations across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and US east coast before finally calling in New York.

Additional Grand Voyages
In addition to the French Polynesia to South Africa cruise, Oceania Cruises will also be offering three more grand voyage during 2024. The new grand voyages range from 72 to 82 days visiting the South Pacific, Australia, and Southeast Asia
The Los Angeles to Sydney grand voyage of 77 days departs October 4th, 2023, with Regatta visiting 12 countries and staying overnight in 10 ports, such as Kyoto, Shanghai, Bali and Perth. The 82-day Abu Dhabi to Tokyo voyage departs December 29th, 2023, aboard Riviera and visits 18 countries with discoveries across the Arabian Peninsula, India, Asia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
The 72-day Mumbai to Tokyo voyage departs January 8th, 2024, aboard Riviera and visits 15 countries with calls in the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Myanmar’s monasteries and Vietnam.
