Kinshasa Court of Appeal confirms the provisional administration of Mwant Jet

Last February, the Commercial Court of Kinshasa had ordered the provisional administration of Mwant Jet against the background of tensions between the two shareholders, the general manager Gueda Amani Yav Witch (60%) and her partner, Michael Yav Tshikung (40%), financial director and son of the former Minister of Finance, Henry Yav Mulang.  The decision was subsequently challenged by the majority shareholder, who took the case to the Kinshasa Court of Appeal.
