Kenya Airways restored it services to Bujumbura, Burundi on November 9.
“We're pleased to resume passenger services and continue to keep your cargo moving,” revealed Kenya Airways on its LinkedIn page. Meanwhile, Kenya Airways was clear for take-off to New York on October 31 but has postponed the plan to November end.
Burundi has resumed international flights since November 8 thanks to the reopening of air borders. A 3-day lockdown is imposed on all arriving passengers. Maritime and land borders remain closed.
