Emirates increases frequencies to Algeria
The Algerian government continues to relax travel restrictions. This measure has resulted in the restoration of air links between Algeria and the rest of the world, but also the return of foreign companies, such as Emirates.
Emirates is densifying its offer to Algeria. From 7 October, the national Emirati airline will reintroduce its fifth weekly rotation (Fridays) between Dubai and Algiers. The carrier currently serves the Algerian capital on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The route is operated by Boeing 777-300ER. Departures from Dubai are scheduled at 08:45 and arrival in Algiers at 12:55. In the opposite direction, returns from the Algerian capital are at 15:45 for an arrival at 1:05 the next day. Emirates competes on this route with Air Algérie, which also offers four weekly rotations by Airbus A330-200.
