Aeronology and Lufthansa Group airlines are now working together to provide access to Lufthansa Group airlines content via the NDC-enabled interface. This includes a wide range of fares and ancillary services.

Through a multi-channel booking engine portal, the large customer base of retailers, corporate customers, universities, and wholesalers can book Lufthansa Group airlines' NDC offering with automatic reissue and refund options, providing a seamless user experience.

NDC offers from Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, Air Dolomiti and Eurowings will include Continuous Pricing and a wide range of ancillary services. Travel advisors will now have access not only to limited GDS content, but also to the best and most attractive NDC offers from Lufthansa Group airlines.

“We are very pleased to be working with travel technology partner Aeronology to drive modern airline retailing for the benefit of our customers. Together we aim to create a unique customer experience and shape the industry with innovations in air retailing,” said the Head of Channel Partners at Lufthansa Group Airlines, Johannes Walter.

Russell Carstensen, Aeronology CEO, says: “Aeronology remains fully committed to shaping the airlines distribution and revolutionizing air travel experiences and content for our customers. Getting Lufthansa Group airlines NDC offers into the hands of travel businesses is of utmost importance for Aeronology. The airlines of the Lufthansa Group have been the original movers of NDC globally. We are proud of our association with this amazing airline group.”

Mr Carstensen adds: “NDC distribution channels are growing, they are building to scale and usability and servicing are becoming much easier to manage. The days of going to different airline websites to access the best and most attractive offer are ending, with the type of technology Aeronology has created.”
