Madagascar: towards an international status for the airport of Toliara

Although Madagascar has some 30 airports, it has only three international hubs, serving Antananarivo and Nosy Be. In order to develop the country's economy in general, and tourism in particular, the Malagasy government is currently renovating the airport of Toliara, the largest city in the south of the country.
