Emirates to offer daily flights to YYZ from April 20th Emirates to offer daily flights to YYZ from April 20th

Starting from 20 April, Emirates will increase its frequency on the Dubai-Toronto route with two additional flights per week, providing daily flights to meet the high demand for passenger services. With this, over 6,800 seats will be offered each week, resulting in a 40% increase in capacity. The expansion is made possible by the enhanced air service agreement between the United Arab Emirates and Canada, which is expected to boost economic opportunities and create value for both countries by promoting tourism and trade.

Emirates’ Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, expressed his gratitude towards the stakeholders and authorities involved in this agreement and mentioned the importance of the enhanced air services in serving customers better, offering more choice and flexibility, and meeting pent-up demand across the growing network. Kazim also highlighted the significant growth of business ties between Canada and the UAE and the role the expanded air services will play in nurturing business and trade.

The Dubai-Toronto route is operated by Emirates’ flagship A380 aircraft, accommodating 491 passengers across Economy Class, Business Class, and First Class on each flight. The route is popular amongst customers from India, UAE, Bangladesh, Iran, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Sri Lanka.
