Kenya: first African country to abolish the 100ml rule for liquids in the aircraft cabin?

Since 2006, the carriage of liquids in cabin baggage on aircraft has been limited to 100 millilitres per passenger. The measure, which has become a general rule, is beginning to be relaxed in some airports, notably in England and the Netherlands, and Kenya would like to follow suit.
