Experienced Edmund Makona takes over as interim CEO of Air Zimbabwe

Air Zimbabwe is currently implementing a six-year restructuring plan with financial support from the government. While the state-owned carrier is actively looking for a permanent CEO, the Ministry of Transport has given the reins of the company on an interim basis to a veteran of the company who is known for his mastery of operational issues.
