Air Algérie (finally) obtains traffic rights to Cameroon

On August 1, 2023, Cameroon's Head of State, Paul Biya, signed a decree ratifying the bilateral air services agreement (BASA) signed with Algeria on February 24, 2021. Since then, sector regulators in both countries have been busy finalizing the operational procedures for the establishment of an air link by the designated operators.
