1.68 billion USD in airline revenues blocked in African countries

Africa's aviation industry is facing a major problem that is having a serious impact on its operations and regional connectivity: stranded airline funds. At September's count, an alarming $1.68 billion in airline revenues remained blocked across the continent, out of a global total of $2.36 billion.
