Arik Air shines at THE BIZZ Awards
Arik Air, has cemented its position as a global aviation leader by securing two prestigious awards at the recent THE BIZZ Awards ceremony in Singapore. The airline was honored with the Inspirational Company award, recognizing its commitment to excellence and innovation within the industry.
In addition to this significant achievement, Arik Air was also inducted as a Platinum Member of the World Confederation of Businesses (WORLDCOB), a global organization that recognizes and rewards outstanding businesses worldwide.
This prestigious membership underscores the airline’s dedication to operating at the highest standards of business practice. The awards ceremony, held at the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa, brought together industry leaders from around the globe.
During the event, Arik Air was presented with the coveted THE BIZZ 2024 trophy and the World Business Leader award, a testament to its innovative approach and operational efficiency.
Arik Air’s leadership team was also recognized for their exceptional contributions.
Captain Roy Ilegbodu, Chief Executive Officer, and Captain Adetokunbi Adekunbi, Chief Operating Officer, were both honored with the Excellence in Business Leadership award, acknowledging their instrumental roles in guiding the airline’s success.
