Emirates Expands Asian Network with New Routes to China, Vietnam, and Cambodia Emirates Expands Asian Network with New Routes to China, Vietnam, and Cambodia

Emirates, one of the world’s leading airlines, has announced the addition of three new destinations to its Asian network, further strengthening its presence in the region. Starting in mid-2025, the airline will launch flights to Shenzhen in China, Da Nang in Vietnam, and Siem Reap in Cambodia, offering travelers more options and seamless connectivity to these vibrant destinations.

New Routes and Schedules

From July 1, 2025, Emirates will operate a daily nonstop flight from its hub in Dubai to Shenzhen, marking the airline’s fourth destination on the Chinese mainland. This new route highlights Emirates’ commitment to expanding its footprint in China, a key market for both business and leisure travel.

Additionally, Emirates will introduce flights to Da Nang and Siem Reap, both accessible via Bangkok. Starting June 2, 2025, the airline will operate four weekly flights to Da Nang, Vietnam’s third destination served by Emirates. Meanwhile, flights to Siem Reap, Cambodia’s second destination on the Emirates network, will commence on June 3, 2025, with three weekly flights. These new routes will provide travelers with convenient access to some of Asia’s most culturally rich and historically significant cities.

Expanding the Largest Non-Asian Network in East Asia

With the addition of these three new routes, Emirates will operate 269 weekly flights to 24 destinations across East Asia, offering the most extensive and diverse network of any non-Asian airline in the region. This expansion underscores Emirates’ strategic focus on connecting travelers to key markets in Asia, while also supporting tourism and trade between the Middle East and Asia.

Shenzhen, a major economic hub in southern China, becomes Emirates’ fourth gateway into the Chinese mainland, joining Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. Da Nang, known for its stunning beaches and cultural heritage, is Emirates’ third destination in Vietnam, alongside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Siem Reap, home to the iconic Angkor Wat temple complex, is the airline’s second destination in Cambodia, complementing its existing service to Phnom Penh.

Commitment to Exceptional Service

Emirates’ expansion into these new markets reflects its dedication to providing passengers with world-class service and seamless travel experiences. The airline’s flights to Shenzhen will be operated nonstop, while the routes to Da Nang and Siem Reap will include a stop in Bangkok, offering travelers the opportunity to explore multiple destinations on a single journey.

“With the launch of these three new routes, subject to government approvals, Emirates continues to offer the largest and most diverse network of any non-Asian airline in East Asia,” the airline stated. This expansion not only enhances connectivity but also reinforces Emirates’ position as a global leader in aviation.
