Mozambique has introduced a mandatory Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system for travelers from 29 visa-exempt countries, effective April 24, 2025. This new rule requires travel agents to ensure their clients obtain an ETA at least 48 hours before departure, adding a crucial step to the booking process.

The ETA, accessible through www.evisa.gov.mz, requires travelers to submit personal information, passport details, and trip specifics.
