Air India offline in SABRE

Quite a known phenomenon in Africa, now also in India: With immedeate effect it is not possible any longer to book any Air India flights through the Global Distribution System (GDS) SABRE.

This news had been spread by SABRE itself via a press release.

“After a successful 20-year relationship, Air India has decided to discontinue distributing its content through the Sabre GDS. Consequently, Air India content is no longer available to Sabre-connected travel agencies, effective today."
