Carnival Corporation with four new ships in 2020

The Carnival Corporation, owner of a couple of global cruise ship brands, will bring four new ships into operations in 2020.

Ships leaving the shipbuilding yards in 2020 are Costa Firenze for Italian brand Costa Cruises, Iona for P&O Cruises in the UK, Mardi Gras for Carnival Cruise Line and Enchanted Princess for Princess Cruises.

Carnival Corporation’s strategy of capacity growth includes all new ships provide an opportunity to introduce energy efficiencies and sustainability approaches to cruising, while creating new type of excitement at the same time.

16 brand-new ships are scheduled to be delivered until 2025 for all Carnival brands in order to meet the demand of the fastest growing segment in the vacation industry.
