SAA major changes - business rescue

South African Airlines SAA operates under "Business Rescue" since the end of 2019. Before that, the former CEO had already announced to cut 944 jobs. As it turns out, it will come even worse.

SAA has announced to cut the domestic network in complete; only the route between Capetown and Johannsburg remain, but even here with lower frequency. Further, the following international destinations will disapear form SAA's network map:

• Port Elizabeth
• Abidjan
• Accra
• Entebbe
• Luanda
• Ndola
• Guangzhou
• Hongkong
• São Paulo
• Munich
