Cape Verde opens its skies only to Portugal, since August 1

They will be provided by the Portuguese companies TAP and SATA, and the Cape Verdean national carrier, Cabo Verde Airlines. To board, passengers will have to present a PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) test negative for Covid-19. According to the minister, these flights will continue until the official opening of Cape Verde's borders.
According to its Tourism and Transport counterpart, Cape Verde will open its skies "very probably" in the second half of August. “Taking into account the various factors that appear almost daily, we want to make this announcement based on reliable data,” Carlos Santos explained at Lusa's microphone on Wednesday July 29th.
Suspended since March 19, international flights were supposed to resume in Cape Verde during this month of July. But faced with the resurgence of the Coronavirus pandemic in some European countries, the island has decided to postpone the date for reopening its borders by one month.
