EK to include hotel if transit in DXB exeeds 10 hrs

Emirates always endeavors to provide its customers with comprehensive service, comfort and fast flight connections.

However, flight cancellations, delays or longer waiting times for the connecting flight cannot be ruled out. In order to further improve the service and to offer its passengers a pleasant flight experience even in times of the corona crisis, Emirates is introducing Dubai Connect from December 1st. All passengers with existing bookings and all tickets purchased after December 1st receive a free night in a 4 or 5 star hotel if they stay for more than ten hours.
