Passengers react as Ibom Air rounds off 2020 with 97% On-Time Performance in December
IBOM Air has concluded the year 2020 with a December record on-time performance of 97% recording 684 on time performance out of 706 flight schedules setting up a trail of reactions on social media commending the airline services.
This is coming as the airline sets to start the New Year the way it ended, providing schedule reliability, on time performances and excellent service.
The airline according to figures made available to Nigerianflightdeck had 22 out of 706 of its scheduled departure flights delayed beyond 15 minutes making 3% of the statistics but of the 22 delayed flights 18 were delayed due to weather related issues while the airline claimed responsibility for the remaining four.
Ibom Air throughout the calendar year has also maintained its above ninety-five percentile on the average all year round providing one of the best stats for on-time performance on the average across board.
On its website, statistics of other months in the year 2020 have already been put up with months like November seeing Ibom Air operating 676 flights with 647 on-time departures and 29 departures later than 15 minutes after scheduled departure time giving the airline an enviable 96% on-time performance
In October also the statistics show that the airline had a 98% on time performance after operating 576 flights with 563 flight being on-time departures and 13 departures later than 15 minutes after scheduled departure time
Meanwhile, on social media passengers of the airline continue to shower praises on its services while reacting positively to its promo services across its route network.
