Zimbabwe has relaxed lockdown measures!
Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced in a televised address on 28 March 2021 the easing of the Covid-19 lockdown measures. According to the President, the overnight curfew now starts from 22:00 to 05:30. Inter-city travel, which was banned, can now resume and small and large businesses have been allowed to reopen. Supermarkets in Zimbabwe can stay open until 19:00. Restaurants are allowed to open for take-away only, while bars, nightclubs and gyms remain closed. Schools, which have remained closed since mid December 2020, should get ready to re-open but not date was given. President Emmerson Mnangagwa didn't say what level of lockdown this is.
