Norwegian Cruise Line rolls out major deals for Middle East and South Africa Norwegian Cruise Line rolls out major deals for Middle East and South Africa

Norwegian Cruise Line’s Black Friday deals (70% off on second passenger sharing the same cabin) expire today, but the cruise line is still offering extensive deals on select Middle East and South Africa sailings. On Norwegian Jade’s South African cruises roundtrip out of Cape Town in 2022, and her Dubai to Cape Town cruise in December, 2021, guests only pay for the first guest and get the second guest free for a limited time.

The cruise deals apply internationally to all guests booking in the coming days, but a spokesperson for Norwegian Cruise Line said they believe they’ll be particularly popular with the Middle East and South African cruise markets. Norwegian Jade is scheduled to cruise from Dubai on December 3rd, 2021 for an 18-night cruise to Cape Town. Prices start at $2,293 per person, but with this offer the second guest only pays port taxes and fees.

Norwegian Jade’s South African itineraries for 2022 start at $1,546 per person, but again the second passenger only pays port taxes and fees. The ship will homeport in Cape Town throughout January, sailing roundtrip 12-night cruises on December 21st, January 2nd and January 14th.

If these longer voyages aren’t your bag, Norwegian Cruise Line is also applying the deal to select sailings in the Mediterranean. Norwegian Epic is homeporting in Barcelona next year and this offer applies to her 7-night roundtrip cruises departing between April and August, 2022. The itineraries visit Italy, France and Spain. Prices start at $2,390 for the first guest, second guest goes free.

Norwegian Jade’s Greek Isles cruises next year are also getting in on the action, between April and August, 2022, she’ll be sailing 7-night cruises out of Athens, visiting Santorini, Mykonos, and Istanbul. The first guest will pay $1,822, and the second will only pay taxes and fees.

Norwegian Jade and Norwegian Epic have both recently emerged from major refit and refurbishment projects. The Haven complex aboard Norwegian Epic was thoroughly modernised and re-imagined, with new suites, a refreshed pool area and a re-design of the restaurant.

She now offers 75 reimagined and upgraded suites combined with redesigned experiences including The Haven Restaurant and The Haven Courtyard Pool and Sundeck. Norwegian Jade’s refurbishment touched every part of the vessel. All the soft furnishings were replaced and all public rooms and cabins were upgraded, while restaurants like Cagney’s were expanded, Moderno Churrascaria was moved and the Irish pub and grill O’Sheehan’s was introduced on Deck 8 above the lobby.

Norwegian Jade’s 2021 Dubai to Cape Town cruise is the first of several scheduled annually in the coming years, with another planned for 2022 and 2023, along with reciprocal return voyages from Cape Town to Dubai.
