What Does The Future Hold For Hybrid Hospitality?
Hybrid hospitality specialists from marketing agency Stay the Night are sharing a deep dive into the future of hybrid hospitality with the release of their latest white paper today.
‘Hybrid Hospitality Unpacked: From concept to community building’ features in-depth interviews with industry leaders from the world’s most successful hybrid hospitality companies, including The Student Hotel, Zoku, edyn, Selina and CODE.
Underpinned by expert contributions and extensive market research, the paper examines the meteoric rise of hybrid models in the hospitality industry through a range of themes including concept creation, coworking and community building.
Authored by Stay the Night co-founders, Rosie Willan and Charlotte Hall, the research draws on the agency’s specialist hybrid hospitality expertise gained through working with clients from across the sector, including hotels, hostels, coliving and coworking spaces.
Rosie Willan said, “The seismic shifts in both lifestyles and mindsets that we witnessed during the pandemic have since been cemented into our society and, as a result, the role of the hotel is rapidly changing.
“People across all guest segments are no longer looking for just a place to stay - instead, they are seeking out multi-purpose spaces that can meet the demands of their changing lifestyles.
“The hybrid model allows operators to provide these spaces and, as such, we have seen massive growth in investor and industry interest in the model since our first white paper on this topic, released back in 2020.
“As the model matures and becomes more widespread in the industry, new challenges and opportunities arise. That’s what we explore in this paper.”
