TACV (ex-Cabo Verde Airlines) briefly returns to the domestic market after 5 years away

TACV (formerly Cabo Verde Airlines) suspended its domestic flights in August 2017, to focus on its international routes. The Cape Verdean national airline attempted a return to the domestic market in 2019, without success.
