Kigali International Airport to join the global accreditation program

Since ACI launched the first global airport customer experience accreditation programme in 2019, around 60 airports worldwide have joined the programme to improve their customer experience management. It is the only accreditation programme in the airport sector to offer a 360˚ view of customer experience management. And Kigali intends to be an African benchmark in this area.
