Madagascar Airlines (finally) obtains its AOC and operating licence

Established in December 2021, Madagascar Airlines has since been operating under a management lease the assets of Air Madagascar and its subsidiary Tsaradia, which is in the process of recovery.

But the confusion surrounding its legal and administrative status had given rise to many apprehensions and interpretations. The Civil Aviation Authority of Madagascar (ACM) has just acknowledged its regulatory compliance.
