The management of Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, under SANParks, has recently communicated important updates regarding the operating hours of all shops within the National Park.
These temporary changes are set to take effect on select dates in January 2025 to accommodate the monthly stocktaking process. Visitors planning to shop at the park should take note of these adjusted hours to ensure a smooth experience during their visit. On January 23, the shop located at Mata-Mata Rest Camp will have revised hours, operating from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and then again from 3:00 PM to 7:45 PM. This schedule is designed to facilitate stocktaking while still providing visitors with access to essential supplies during the designated hours. Following this, the shop at Nossob Rest Camp will adhere to the same modified timetable on January 28.
Guests at Nossob can expect the shop to be open for business during the same hours of 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:45 PM, allowing them to plan their shopping accordingly. Additionally, on January 30, the shop at Twee Rivieren Rest Camp will also have limited operating hours, opening exclusively from 3:00 PM to 7:45 PM.
