Will Arik Air need to merge?

Arik Air and Aero Contractors may merge under the management of AMCOM.

According to sources, the option, is due to the alleged debt burden of the airlines following the Covid-19 pandemic.

The CEO of Aero Contractors, Captain Ado Sanusi, said that while the history and circumstances of both companies differ, the merge ‘could be a possibility’ if the federal government could ensure the survival of the airlines.
