ASKY has introduced the WIFI wireless entertainment system on all its aircraft
This was achieved through a partnership signed last month, for an initial period of 3 years, with Irish company Inflight Dublin which has deployed its "Everhub" solution.
With this platform, ASKY passengers can now enjoy a variety of attractive features and content including Hollywood movies, popular TV shows, local African programmes, documentaries, plays, music and games.
"We are very excited to introduce such an innovative in-flight entertainment system on board our aircraft, which gives us the opportunity to enrich our passengers' experience and engage with them in a more personalised way when they travel with us," the airline says. "This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts and promise to continuously work to improve services and customer experience for our valued passengers."
Under the contract with Inflight Dublin - one of the world's leading providers of in-flight entertainment (IFE) solutions with a combined 37 years - ASKY will also be able to use Inflight Dublin's bespoke data analytics platform, IFD Insights™, where it will have access to intuitive performance reports that will support the optimisation and expansion of their IFE service going forward.
